Which Bluekea plans include free domain?
All our plans include a free domain for as long as you have your website with us.
I already have a domain. How can I use it on my Bluekea website?
If you already have your domain with another provider, you can use it without any problem on your new Bluekea website. We can do this in two ways:
- We can transfer your domain to Bluekea. In this case, we will take over the management of your domain and you would no longer have to pay for it since its cost are included in your Bluekea fees. You can still be listed as the owner of the domain if you wish.
- You can continue managing the domain yourself with your current provider, and we will provide you with instructions to configure it with your new website.
You just need to contact us and let us know which option you prefer and we will guide you on the next steps. In both cases, these are simple processes that we do very frequently.
Can I have more than one domain on my website?
Yes, although one of them will always be the main domain and the rest can be redirected to it.
You can purchase additional domains with us, starting from 10 euros per year per domain. If you already have domains with another provider, we will show you how to configure them for your Bluekea website.
In any case, we take care of the technical aspects and ensure that all domains are configured and functioning.
If I register a domain with Bluekea and later on I cancel my account, will I be able to take the domain with me?
Of course. You just have to contact us and we will send you the necessary information.
Please note that domains are renewed annually and if you cancel your account with Bluekea and do not request the transfer of your domain before the current year ends, the domain will expire and you could lose the option to keep it.
How long will it take for my domain to be up and running?
Usually, on the same day you hire your website on a payment plan, you will have your domain reserved and functioning. If you already have your domain with another provider, we can show you how to configure it to work with the new website in a few hours, regardless of whether you want to transfer the domain with us or leave it with your current provider.
If you prefer, we can wait and not put the domain into operation until you notify us. This is useful if you want to complete the content of your website before publishing it with the domain.
Can I have email accounts with my domain?
Yes. We offer two options:
1. Google Workspace (Gmail), which has a monthly cost of around 7 euros per account (the price may vary as it depends on Google).
2. Zoho Mail, which provides a free service for up to 5 emails with your domain. The limitation is that the email must be viewed on the web or through the Zoho app. To access the email through applications like Outlook or Apple Mail, or on your mobile email app, you must purchase the paid accounts, which are not expensive (12 euros per year).

Remember that both the email service and support related to it will be provided by one of these companies, and not directly by us. At Bluekea, we focus on creating websites, which is what we do best and we prefer to leave other services like email to other professionals.

Can I keep my email accounts with my current domain?
Yes, in two ways:
- If you keep your domain and email with your current provider, the email accounts will continue to work as usual.
- If you prefer to transfer your domain to us and cancel the email service with your current provider, we can create the same email accounts for you as we mentioned in the previous point.
Will I be able to use the email accounts in programs like Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail and on my mobile devices?
The two email services we offer have IMAP access, which means they can be set up on any email client, whether for mobile, tablet, or computer. However, in the case of Zoho, a paid version is required, which currently costs around 12 euros per account annually.

Can I have my email accounts with a different provider?
Yes. You can have the domain with us and have your email accounts work with an external provider, such as Office 365 or any other.
In this case, you will need to take care of creating the email accounts with the provider of your choice and let us know so that we can have everything set up. The cost of these accounts would be your responsibility in this case.
