Are taxes included in the prices?
Yes. All our prices are final, with VAT included.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Of course. Your website will remain active until your current payment period ends. If you want to transfer your domain to another provider, you just have to contact us and we will provide you with the necessary instructions, at no cost.
Can I change my plan or rate at any time?
Yes, you can do it directly from your dashboard.
How can I pay?
By bank card or PayPal. For annual installments, we also accept bank transfers and Western Union. Contact us for more information.
Do I only have a 20 days trial?
When there are only a few days left before your trial period ends, you will receive an email notifying you. We will then invite you to request an extension for a few more days if needed.
